Poverty Monitoring

Poverty Outcome Team looks into the contribution to poverty alleviation in the work of SEDF, initially with a particular reference to two sub-sectors -- RMG and Agri Business. The Team's objectives are to:

•  Carry out two case studies which develop a methodology for poverty outcome monitoring by SEDF, and provide the basis for further learning and assessment of its contribution to poverty alleviation.

•  Develop a poverty outcome monitoring tool (including poverty indicators as they relate to the kind of value-chain-driven private-sector development work that SEDF does) which can be embedded in the ongoing process of project monitoring by SEDF
