SouthAsia Enterprise Development Facility (SEDF) is a multi-donor financed Project Development Facility managed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group.

The Small and Medium Enterprises Department of the IFC manages a number of Project Development Facilities around the world. In addition to SEDF, they include:
