SEDF is mandated to support the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Northeast India. SEDF provides technical assistance to projects and programs in various sub-sectors. SEDF hires individual consultants and consulting firms for a wide range of assignments. Individual consultants, whether hired directly or through organizations, provide expert advice and help SEDF to prepare various studies and reports. SEDF provides facilities for qualified consultants to provide services. Procurement of SEDF assisted projects is to be carried out in accordance with DFO (Donor Funded Operation) Procurement Guidelines.
